Trip to Mantalai via Sudhmahadev from Jammu

Jammu to Mantalai

It was a pleasant journey and I would love to share my travelling experience accompanied with Jagat Travels team.

Our trip started from Jammu at 8 am in the morning. Just we completed 15 kms we came across a toll Plaza in Ban. After passing toll plaza we went by four tunnels. Fourth tunnel is the largest one. After tunnels journey on the right side you can see Trikuta mountains where the holy shrine of Vaishnodevi is located. Wee had tea and Pakodas with Anardana Chutney, a popular sauce in the locality.

Visit Sudhmahadev Temple

Sudhmahadev and Mantalai is in Chenani tehsil of Udhampur district. It is 36 kms from famous resort of Patnitop. When we reached Chenani we decided to go to Mantalai. Mantalai is a place where Maa Parvati born and married to Lord Shiva.
