You can cancel your booking even after making the advance payment, but a cancellation penalty would be levied:
For car rental:
- If cancelled before 72hrs of travel date - There is no penalty.
- If cancelled within 72hrs of travel date - Cancellation penalty would be equal to the advance payment that you have paid.
You can pay using Netbanking or UPI. Refer our payments page for details.

- If we have vehicle available for new dates - There is no penalty.
- If we do not have vehicle available for new dates - Cancellation penalty would be equal to the advance payment or Rs 2000, which ever is higher.

No. When vehicle is parked or driving through Hill, AC will not be turned ON.
Our usual working hours 6 AM to 9 PM for day and night charges apply after 9 PM.
For example, if you booked Vehicle on 20th and
1- Pick-up time 10 AM and Drop-Off time is 8 PM - Charges for 1 Day and No Night charges will be applied.
2- Pick-up time 10 AM and Drop-Off time is 11 PM - Charges for 1 Day and Night charges for 2 hrs will be applied.
3- Pick-up time 5 AM and Drop-Off time is 8 PM - Charges for 1 Day and Night charges for 1 hrs will be applied. As started before 6 AM
